The room I was offered was spotless with a bath, jug of orange in the fridge, as example, truly enjoyed it.

The bathroom was a bit tired, I didn't like it.

Fantastic base for 3 nights with especially helpful staff with a female member of the staff. What a magnificent and unbeatable location on George square right in the heart of Glasgow! Next to Nero's coffee shop, trains and bus 

It was perfectly clean with very good customer service. The wine bar was a plus.

Wonderful relaxing and immaculately clean place to stay in, it has very efficient and friendly efficient staff with a female member of the staff. The hotel is ideally located next door to a train station.

Perfect and nice location a 4-6 minute walking distance from Buchanan Street. Enjoyed continental breakfast with the option of extra cooked items like kippers.

Attentive staff of the hotel with the ONE staff member. This location was absolutely perfect, close enough to close to shops bars restauraunts.

The rooms are great value for money and nicely furnished and generally offer a hair dryer, a mini refrigerator, and an air conditioner.

The location was perfect and nice, a 4-6 minute walk from a John Lewis department store. The room was a nice size and airy, included the usual tea & coffee making facilities, an air conditioner, and a phone.  

It has magnificent location to see Buchanan Street. You can have a continental breakfast in the bar. Would definitely book here again cos this hotel met needs well.

Luxury low cost hotel with attentive staff members with a female member of the staff. Excellent food in the bar for breakfast.
